# Streamline Your Hiring with JazzHR's New AI-Powered Talent Fit Feature

**What is Talent Fit?** Talent Fit is JazzHR’s new AI tool that gives each candidate a **1–5 star score** based on how well they align with the job’s requirements. It automatically analyzes a candidate's resume against your job description, saving time and helping prioritize who to review first.

Here’s how it works:

- **Automatically Scored Candidates**: Every applicant gets a “fit” score as they apply — no manual action needed.
- **Customizable Filters**: You can filter your pipeline to view only 4- and 5-star candidates or see everyone.
- **Always-On Evaluation**: It runs on every job you post in JazzHR, automatically.

**Why It Matters** If you're a lean team juggling multiple roles, Talent Fit can speed up early screening without replacing human judgment. It’s ideal for surfacing potential fits faster — especially when you’re receiving hundreds of applicants per role.
